Cannabis Delivery FAQ

THCity content and ordering are intended only for adults aged 19 or older. The person receiving an eligible delivery must be prepared to show valid government-issued photo identification.

Service areas can change. Check the current Delivery Areas page and validate the complete address during checkout. A city name in an article does not by itself guarantee coverage.

Same-day availability depends on the address, operating hours, order cutoff, weather, traffic and route capacity. Use the current estimate displayed during checkout or confirmed by official support.

Browse the current menu, add available products to the cart, enter accurate adult recipient and delivery information, review the order terms and complete the available checkout steps.

The applicable minimum and fee should be displayed during checkout. Review the current amount before submitting the order because terms may vary by zone and change over time.

Use valid government-issued photo identification that shows the recipient’s date of birth. The recipient must satisfy Ontario’s legal-age requirement.

No unattended handoff should be expected. An eligible adult recipient must be present for required age verification.

Use only payment methods displayed during the official checkout process or confirmed through THCity’s official support channel. Never send payment to an unverified account.

Contact support immediately. A new address may change eligibility, delivery timing or fees, and the change must be confirmed before dispatch.

Contact official support using the order details. Redelivery or cancellation terms depend on the current policy and circumstances.

Include the unit, tower, buzzer and approved meeting point needed for an in-person handoff. Share only the access information necessary to complete the delivery.

Keep products in their original child-resistant packaging and store them locked, out of sight and reach of children and pets. Keep edible cannabis separate from ordinary food and drinks.
